What personal information FAITH UNVEILED NETWORK collects from you

In the case of online giving, our collectors are either Paypal or EasyTithe, collect your credit card number and expiration date. Faith Unveiled Network, its Administration, employees, agents, etc. do not see any credit card information. In order to continuously improve your service and tailor our subsequent communications to you, we may also ask you to provide us with additional information regarding your demographics, comments, personal interests, and contact preferences.
How FAITH UNVEILED NETWORK collects personal information from you
There are four different ways we collect information from visitors on our Web site: 1. From online requests for information (i.e. e-mail newsletters, contact forms, request forms, etc.); 2. From online requests for materials from our organizations (i.e. requesting a free offer, or for prayer); 3. From online donations; and 4. Product purchases.

Removing your name from our data base
When you fill out any form, to give us your information, you are agreeing for your name and email address to be placed on our newsletter contact list. You will be receiving updates from us from time to time. If at any time, you wish to be removed from our mailing list, just click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails, and you will automatically be removed. If for any reason, you are not removed, simply email us your Removal Request, email@example.com, and without question, we will remove you from our database.
